The newly formed entity will be christened as VML and is set to employ a staggering 30,000 individuals across 64 global markets. These agencies, which were established in 2018, have an impressive clientele list that boasts names like Colgate-Palmolive, Dell, Ford, Microsoft, and Coca-Cola.

London’s WPP has been on a restructuring spree, with previous notable mergers including the union of the world’s oldest ad agency, J Walter Thompson, with the digital network Wunderman.
